Room Hire

We have a hall and Café that can each be hired for £15 per hour. In addition, the kitchen can be hired for £7.50 per hour for drinks only, or £15 per hour for use of the oven (which also requires hygiene qualifications and the oven to be cleaned after use). 

As we are passionate about serving our community, we want to support new ventures and groups.

The principles behind the policy and terms and conditions for hiring St Luke’s Centre are that you should leave the Centre as you found it and be good neighbours. So please…

Do Don’t
  • Do be considerate of our neighbours with noise
  • Do leave the Centre as you found it and take your rubbish with you and sweep the floor
  • Do read the fire plan and note the location of the First Aid Box
  • Do report any breakages
  • Do make sure you have considered Health and Safety factors in running your activity
  • Do report any accident in the incident book with the First Aid Kit
  • Do check Fire Exits are clear
  • Don’t park in the Chapel car park or Roger’s Walk
  • Don’t smoke or vape
  • Don’t bring dogs into the café (except assistance dogs)
  • Don’t chew gum in the Centre
  • Don’t use the oven unless specifically authorised
  • Don’t use candles (except for birthday cake candles)
  • Don’t put anything on the wall, especially with blu-tak (or similar)
